Report a Policy Violation
Across the globe, 27 million men, women, and children live in some form of slavery. That is more people at this moment than in all the centuries of the Atlantic Slave Trade. Something must be done. This contest serves two purposes: Raising awareness about human trafficking and raising funds for the Not For Sale organization.
Open to all mediums. Deadline is March 10, 2010 @ 11:59pm PST.

This watercolour really doesn't appear to be that big of a deal...but...
this painting was an experiment in miniature art... I did this about 4 years ago...and its about 1" x 2"...I used the smallest brush, -basically the eyelashes off a butterfly for crying out loud. It was a test to see how a difficult media such as watercolour could be handled in such constricted spaces...and still get the detail I wanted... Being a big nature boy...I hope this is a foreshadow of what my backyard may soon look like... Many people go to the cottahe for weekends...I would like the reverse...live in the country and work there....come Friday have a small pad in the city to crash in.... Its a break from the pop art I have posted but I thought you may wanna look at what else i dabble in |
